Great authentic Mexican cuisine, good drink selections, and wonderful staff. Juan runs a great restaurant! Eat there often.

Herrera's was a nice restaurant to visit and be with friends. The service is good, the dining area is enjoyable but my glaring issue is the EXCESSIVE amount of bland queso processed cheese that they put on everything, which actually ruins the plate of food. But perhaps if you're someone that loves TexMex and can never get enough of the melted processed cheese, then this is your Nirvana. First time visiting here with friends and it was great to see how busy it was! Almost the entire restaurant was full which is always great sign in any business. We were greeted and seated rather quickly. Our staff service was very pleasant and brought us out tortilla chips and salsa and drinks as well rather quickly! I thought I would order the California Burrito because it seemed to have a good variety of everything and the menu does say con queso sauce which I assume would just be drizzled upon the top of it. I'm sure the fajita meat, the rice and the other goods inside the burrito were delicious but unfortunately... they were all completely drowned out by what seemed to be a quart of queso processed melted cheese which took away the flavor from everything else in the burrito. The dining area was well maintained and a nice arrangement of seating and booths everywhere without feeling overcrowded. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the dining area was kept very clean. Overall I only gave this 4 out of 5 stars because of the excessive drowning of the queso sauce, which didn't even really have a Mexican flavor to it it was more just like bland liquid processed cheese gravy. The queso sauce lacked flavor and the amount of queso sauce on the food you couldn't taste the actual plate of food. I would recommend coming here however I would highly recommend that you ask them to put the queso on the side so that you can control the amount on your plate and that they won't have to empty another tanker truck out back with queso sauce. I will be coming back again and I will try this again and still would recommend Herreras.

My favorite local Mexican spot! I always get EXCELLENT service and their Mexican Martinis are 10 out of 10. When the weather is good, they have a great outside area. Food never disappoints. Love this place.

The food is always delicious at Herrera's and the staff attentive and courteous. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat!

This is a solid Mexican restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious and the price is very reasonable as well. We ordered the chunky guacamole (we love guac) and it was so delicious. Wife ordered Chicken fajita and I ordered the fajita burrito and the flavors were on point. Service was excellent, all the waiters were attentive. We are really glad to find this excellent place. 10/10 will come back!

Our first time here, I should probably give them five stars cause I'm picky when it comes to my margaritas but the food was delish! I ordered the cheese enchilada verdes. The cheese was fantastic! It wasn't cheddar cheese melted hut rather Mexican cheese which is how it should be done. The red salsa was good and the green salsa was ehh. The service was excellent! They are some chip basket thieves as every time we turned around, they brought us a new basket. Very friendly staff and extremely attentive. The house margarita tastes more like lime zest but I still drank it all. Overall we ordered 4 enchilada plates, 2 tequila shots, 1 margarita, 1 tea and our total was approximately $100.00. The lighting was perfect. Not too dark and not too bright. We will definitely be dining here again!

We comeback to this Mexican restaurant because after trying all the other ones around this area #HerrerasMexicanRestaurant has a real good service the waitress are really good and nice also ambiance well like any other restaurant it's good but the food that's other thing. The food here it's very tasty, has good flavor and they don't have the cumin flavor they add in other places! We really enjoy everything from the chips and variety of salsas to the fajitas and all the companion dishes! Will comeback again? Of course ! Also the manager is a plus, very nice personality and helpful with any questions regarding the menu.

Service is always prompt and everyone is friendly. The food is good, whether it is tortilla soup, stuffed avocados, or cheese enchiladas. If you enjoy heat, request the spicy salsa with chips. Don't worry, the frozen margaritas will help cool you off. Don't forget to top the meal off with churros.
